Bath, body and home wellness brand Kalmar Lifestyle has announced the launch of The House of Kalmar, a new retreat space located in a private residential cobbled mews in London's Belgravia. The space is purposefully set up to offer clients unique experiential treatments based around the four soul states of Joy, Calm, Peace and Love.

Created by founder and spiritual healer Karen Ruimy, in collaboration with award-winning energy healer Sinéad de hÓra, each treatment offers a complete sensory journey through the power of mindfulness, breath, intention setting, specialised massage techniques, and alternative therapies.
