British independent fashion brand Beautiful Soul has announced its expansion to include a multi-channel strategy to increase customer experience. As part of the growth strategy, the brand has developed an experiential retailing approach, offering studio open days, private appointments and an improved online store. Launched in 2011, the London-based womenswear label was founded by Nicola Woods and focuses on the heritage of British craftsmanship and feminine silhouettes. Floral prints are Beautiful Soul London's signature, with prints inspired by the quaint simplicity of Nicola's childhood memories across complimentary colour palettes and wearable garments. The multi-channel strategy launches with the Beautiful Soul London SS15 'Secret Garden' Collection and Signature Collection, available via the brands new e-commerce website.
