Martha Nelson has joined Yahoo as global editor-in-chief, appointed across Yahoo Media, including Yahoo's new digital magazines. Most recently, Martha was the founding editor of InStyle and was responsible for the growth of People and People.com. Most recently, she was the first female editor-in-chief of Time Inc., where she oversaw the editorial content for the media company’s 21 brands. Martha will be based in New York and commences her role on 17 August.
