The You Got It Girl Collective is hosting their MIND BODY SOUL wellness festival specifically for women of colour. Providing a safe, loving space for black women to come together and participate in workshops, holistic healing therapies, workout sessions and more, it will be located at Colesdale Farm outside of London on 21 August.
The You Got it Girl Collective was created by entrepreneurs Victoria Everest and Lela Simone. They decided to combine their expertise in business, fitness and wellness to create a nonprofit global sisterhood.
"We wanted to create something we wished we had for our younger selves. Our sisterhood is both diverse and inclusive and therefore accepts any person who identifies as a woman of all ages, stages, and ethnicities.
Our Wellness festival is dedicated to stimulating mind, body, and soul - we have carefully chosen a handful of incredible women Black women across our community to stand tall on this day of solidarity and share the fruits in their baskets. This will truly be an unmissable experience for all women in our community." Says Lela and Victoria.
