We are looking for a Junior Creative Producer with a background in working in set design or events, creating engaging designs and concepts. You will work closely with the Head of Design and Projects Director to take on briefs, designing and developing spatial, interior, exhibition, and experiential events. The successful candidate will be able to develop design concepts, produce mood boards and re-imagine spaces in a creative way.

Strong initiative and willingness to learn is key for this role. We are looking for a candidate who is confident in their own style and won’t be afraid to dress a space without supervision.

To understand your creative eye and ability to understand budgets, for the second round of the interview process, we will ask you to create a short proposal for a hypothetical brief.

Responsibilities:

• Join creative and production meetings, contribute to client pitches
• Help extend creative concepts
• Assist producers on selected projects
• Working onsite at events, dressing areas, table scaping etc
• Create social media posts using our templates
• Create digital and print artwork, assets and templates
• Visit sites and take measurements for space planning
• Source props and FF&E Building decks and documents to present work
• Designing assets based on client brand guidelines
• Amending and updating internal files with new information
• Ordering supplies needed for events and ensuring items arrive in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is required
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, always maintaining strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong relationship builder with team and clients
• Experience managing a Social Media account
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Experience using Sketch-up and AutoCAD is a bonus
• A collaborative, upbeat and positive attitude
