We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager with strong client relations and organisational skills to handle all aspects of our partnership deliverables across the platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our partner brands, serving as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and those of our business to ensure that all elements of agreed campaigns are met.
This role requires organisation, the ability to communicate effectively and the management of workflows, people and deadlines. The candidate will work in synergy with both the commercial, editorial and design teams internally in the delivery of exceptional website and social advertorial content.
The candidate should be looking to collaborate with our passionate in-house team and have at least three years experience in a Partnerships role, ideally within the luxury sector.
Core Responsibilities
- Client liaison & rapport
- Partnership pipeline & project management
- Manage commercial calendar and balance content across verticals
- Reviewing all commercial content to ensure deliverables met
- Partnership performance review & support
- Troubleshooting
- Manage client reports
- Issue booking forms
- Raise invoices
- Competition & offer page listings
- Run weekly editorial x commercial team meeting to brief in partnerships
- Liaise with Editor re commercial needs
- Liaise with Commercial team re partnership status
- Effective and inspiring team management
- Competitor insight & analysis
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a Partnerships role
- Client Relations skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High organisational approach
- Skilled at delivering projects to deadline

Hiring Process:
Stage 1: 20-minute intro video call with Managing Director
Stage 2: 1 hour face-to-face meet in the Wandsworth office
Salary: £30k+ DOE Position: In house
