Wizard, the award-winning beauty and lifestyle PR & digital marketing agency based in N1 is looking for a PR/Social Media Executive to join their growing team. Working across a portfolio of leading beauty brands, the ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and creative team player. A good knowledge of the beauty/lifestyle Influencers is important. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in beauty is required and a keen understanding of social media.

Main responsibilities:

• building and maintaining media and influencer contacts and the compiling of target lists;
• copy writing, planning, and researching to stay ahead of the trends.
• Handling press/influencer enquiries and ongoing outreach;
• Monitoring coverage and compiling reports to include evaluation;
• Assisting in creative mailers, support with event planning and attendance at client events
• Help the social team plan, create and edit social content for monthly client calendars - including but not limited to static posts, short form videos and stories.
• Scheduling social content using Later publishing platform.
• Supporting with community management across all social channels. Building monthly social reports.
• Keeping up to date with platform updates and current social trends
• Developing external relationships for potential brand partnerships.

You are:

• Knowledge of key social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Adaptable with the ability to work across different projects.
• A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail
• Good press and digital contacts;
• The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment;
• A good eye for detail and creative writing;
• Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);
• Knowledge of photoshop and canva is an advantage;
• Team player and bubbly personality
