Vanessa Kingori MBE (Publishing Director, British Vogue) and Stephanie Phair (CCO, Farfetch and Chair, British Fashion Council) are bringing together Black women and White women to #SHARETHEMICUK. Following the success of the ‘Share the mic now’ USA campaign in June 2020, Vanessa and Stephanie joined together and were inspired to recreate the action of magnifying Black women in the UK.
