Ralph & Russo has been acquired by US firm Retail Ecommerce Ventures (REV), following its collapse into administration in March. The sale of the business and assets was managed by UK-based Hilco Streambank and Hilco Valuation Services Europe. They were instructed by Begbies Traynor Group and Quantuma Advisory, Ralph & Russo’s joint administrators.

Paul Appleton, of Begbies Traynor Group, said: “Retail Ecommerce Ventures has a strong track record of acquiring and growing iconic retail brands globally. The joint administrators are confident that this acquisition will bolster the success of the Ralph & Russo brand globally."
